Quick Take is PalmOS system utility to capture the current screen.

Quick Take saves the current screen resolution as a JPG or BMP file to the external card. Quick Take can be activated with one of the main hard keys or power button.

Quick Take is the only screen capture utility that saves to JPG format. With Quick Take you can quickly send captured screens to anyone. Typical 320x320 16bit color JPG screen is around 20K.
Here are some key features of "QuickTake":

  • Save any screen at any resolution at anytime and at anywhere.
  • Save screen to JPG or BMP format on the external card.
  • Pictures are small when is saved. Typically around 30K for 320x320 16bit color JPG.
  • Support multiple external cards eg: SonyClie with CF and Zodiac.
  • Timer capture.
  • Take picture at any resolution.
  • Assign any of the four hard keys to take picture.
  • Sound notification when picture is saved.

    Requirements:
  • PalmOS 5.0 and higher.
  • 85K of free main memory.
  • External card is required.
    This program is shareware, which means you can download and use QuickTake 2.1 for free during 30-days trial period. After this period you gonna have to buy QuickTake 2.1 software for $12.00 or uninstall the program. QuickTake 2.1 supports english interface languages and works with PalmOS.
