Capture the important information from sales calls NOW, on your PalmOS -based device while you're mobile. Then use the data with your PC-based applications later, at the office or at home. With Prizm1 on your hand-held device, you'll quickly, easily and accurately capture the sales call data that's important to you, while it's fresh on your mind.

Prizm1's point-and-click question & answer lists minimize textual input on the handheld, speeding data capture, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Detailed data input typically takes less than one minute. All of your data entries are date and time stamped for accuracy.

Questions and answers are easily edited, added and deleted, using any PC and Prizm1's system management web interface (included).

During the next hand-held synchronization, your data is auto-formatted into your choice of either spreadsheet or delimited text, then emailed to you and to multiple other recipients you may have specified. You can then import the data directly into databases and contact management programs like ACT! , GoldMine and Maximizer .
