It resolves the issue with some expansion card failing to read in the Zire 71 after repeated use.

Before installing this update, verify that the expansion card will work with another device and that it is not a defective SD card.

Important: This update is ONLY for Zire 71 handheld and should not be installed on a non-Zire 71 handheld.

If installed in a non-Zire 71 handheld, the device will fail to respond to expansion cards.
