- if you want just to feel safe and keep such important information as your contacts not only on your Smartphone, but also somewhere else. In case you lost your Smartphone, it was stolen you or was broken, you can be sure that all your contacts are still with you.
- if you change your Smartphone to a new one or you have two mobile devices (for example, if you have Pocket PC and Smartphone ) and want their contacts to be identical
