MortgageCalc is a free application that I developed using the plua language.

In addition to calculating the monthly payments, MortgageCalc displays the amortization schedule and allows you to explore how prepayments shorten the term of your mortgage and what savings can be achieved.



Requirements:

  • Palm OS v3.0
    This finance program is freeware, so you can download and use it absolutely free. MortgageCalc 1.0 supports different languages (including english). It works with PalmOS.

    Downloading MortgageCalc 1.0 will take if you use fast ADSL connection.
