A Map Pack of the Mapopolis Platinum map library entitles you to download any map(s) of the U.S. (no Alaska) and major Canadian cities from the map data release that is current at the time of your purchase for one year. Downloaded maps continue working forever. Mapopolis makes viewing maps and generating directions on your Palm OS handheld easy and fun. It is the simplest yet most complete map-viewing application for Palm-compatible devices. View maps and generate driving directions even across map boundaries! Our map library covers the entire U.S. (except Alaska) and major Canadian cities. Maps include street level detail and street address and thousands of landmarks. The dynamically generated maps support fifteen zoom levels with street labeling at all levels, map panning, map rotate, grayscale and color support, and the ability to change detail level. Maps can be searched for streets or street addresses, landmarks, businesses, cities or towns, and street intersections. Supports VFS-compatible memory cards for map storage. Adjacent maps seamlessly connect. Maps are processed in RAM or off the SD card. Mapopolis does not support the Zire 21 or the Tungsten W. The OS 5 maps now include integral business POIs, so the Place Guides are not necessary with this product. PSPEAK option requires more RAM than MapopolisWords option.
