This is a fingerprint-reading simulator for your Palm, similar to Thumb Scan or Fingerscan. However, it has a couple of unique features
It is designed to be used in Multitasker and can "lock" a Multitasker session, or prevent a person from using other Multitasker applications until they are authorized
It is an actual security program, unlike Thumb Scan or Fingerscan which are really only designed for amusement. It actually works by having a user-specifgied x and y position, and if the user touches the general position of that spot, they are authorized. Also, if a user fails 3 times, the Palm is completely locked and cannot be used for a period of time. It also automatically logs system lockouts and failed authentication attempts
Requirements:
This utilities software is freeware, which means you can download and use FingerReader 1.0 absolutely free. There's no need to buy the product. FingerReader 1.0 supports english interface languages and works with PalmOS.
