When a cycle is above median line, it is in the positive zone, you are able to act positively in the domain represented by the cycle.
When a cycle is crossing the median line, it is a critical day, you may have some troubles in the domain represented by the cycle.
When a cycle is below median line, it is in the neutral zone, you may not be affected by this cycle.
