Yoink shows a nice thumbnail of any web page, updated however often you like.
Yoink checks the web page's text for change periodically, and only captures it if there is a significant change.
The last three captures are available for you to view, and you can see the amount of text change between them as red bars.
While admiring a captured web page's thumbnail, just click it to open it as a Web Archive in Safari.
This dashboard widgets program is freeware, so you can download and use it absolutely free. Yoink 1.0.1 supports different languages (including english). It works with Mac OS X.
