Timer 1.2 is utilities software developed by nitewing98.
I have 2 passions, cooking and coding. Sometimes my coding gets time-consuming and I forget something is in the oven. So I wrote a simple oven timer (hours/minutes) to help remind me not to burn something.

Timer uses speech to say "timer has expired" instead of an annoying alarm. Updates are only every 10 seconds, to keep overhead low.

What's New:

  • fixed the seconds field so it will clear to 0 when it runs out
  • hours, minutes, and seconds now have leading zeros
  • Speech voice is selectable (though I limited it to the most usable voices).

    Requirements:
  • Standard Additions.
    This utilities software is freeware, which means you can download and use Timer 1.2 absolutely free. There's no need to buy the product. Timer 1.2 supports different languages (including english). It works with Mac OS X.

    Downloading Timer 1.2 will take several seconds if you use fast ADSL connection.
