Sprite Comic Helper 1.6.1 is multimedia software developed by Silverstreak Software.
With the explosion of the Sprite Comic on the Internet, it was only a matter of time before specialized tools were developed to help in their creation. This is what I believe to be the first tool for any platform specifically made for creating sprite comics.

Supports layers, transparency, sprites as objects, borders, text bubble creation, and more!
