MP3 files just don't sound as good as the original CD-quality recordings. The bass looses punch. High end lacks crispness and definition. The stereo spread collapses. Moreover, people are often listening on inexpensive, low-quality speakers. Unlike conventional equalizers and bass/treble controls, Realizer actually adds missing frequencies and synthesizes new harmonics to recreate the sizzling realism of the original recording.

Realizer combines proprietary Bass Maximizer, HarmonicExciter and Stereo Enhancement algorithms - the same processes found in Arboretum's professional Hyperprism products - in a simple-to-use interface designed for personal music enjoyment.

Realizer is completely user-configurable and includes a number of factory settings designed to bring the most out of each musical style.

  • Harmonic Exciter  * Have you ever had an audio track that sounded dull and boring, which no amount of EQ could fix? Instead of simply boosting frequencies already present, as occurs withEQ, the Harmonic Exciter generates new high frequency harmonics, thereby extending the bandwidth and increasing the liveliness of the original audio.
  • Stereo Enhancement * Expands the stereo spectrum.
