Entourage allows group members which are not contacts in its Address Book but are simply (name and) email address entries: the ones with the @ icons rather than the little-man contact icons.
This script will turn them all into bona-fide contacts with their own Address Book entries and can also assign each group member the same category as the group's, if you wish.
