You can also launch MacJAD and select "Open" from the File menu to select the files you want to convert.
MacJAD is simply a Cocoa wrapper around JAD.
JAD is available as a command-line tool for many platforms, including Mac OS X. You do not need to install JAD in order to use MacJAD; it is included within the MacJAD application bundle.
