Droffett 1.0.3 is utilities software developed by Limit Point Software.
Droffett is a drop application utility which "flattens" a folder, i.e. moves all files which are descendants of it so that they are directly inside it. You can also visualize this as all descendant files percolating up into the given folder.
Warning: The operation can not be undone unless you manually make a backup copy of the folder. Use at your own risk!

Please also note the following:

• Application packages, bundles, etc. are condsidered folders, and their contents will also be moved.
• The "emptied" folders are left intact.
• Once a file is moved any other files with the same name are not moved.
• Folders themselves are not moved.

How to use: Drag a folder on top of the Droffett application icon in the Finder or the main window. Droffett then prompts you to confirm you really want to flatten the folder because it can not reverse the action.

(By default Droffett quits when it's done. Use the "Preferences..." menu item in the Droffett menu to turn this option off.)
